    We had the most delicious salmon dish I have ever tasted prepared by Chef Juliet. The salmon was dusted with the flavors of India and I shall not forget the delightful taste. Our room was spacious and full of charm complete with a soaking tub. In the morning a lovely breakfast was delivered to our room served in the Japanese manor .Visiting the Australasian was a highlight of our trip to Australia.

    Deb at front of house and Juliet, who puts the wonderful menus together, have done a terrific job in creating a unique dining experience.

    We were lucky enough to have dinner at The Australasian on Saturday night. It's fine dining with a slightly casual feel. This is one of our favorite restaurants and we always try to head there once or twice a year for what is always a memorable visit.

    Best luxury dining you'll find around. Special cuisine with exotic flavors that are divine. The service is outstanding and the venue is an architectual art piece. :) Book well in advance!
